The DreamhomesLK.Com Internet Advertising portal is operated by Online Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd, a registered company in Sri Lanka and hereby maybe referred to as “DreamhomesLK”, “The Website”, “Us” and “We”.

The website is to be used solely for the purpose of advertising relevant products and services according to the terms of use set forth below. These terms may be modified at anytime without notice and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon updating this page on The Website. You agree to periodically review these terms and further agree you are bound by any modifications and amendments thereto.

2. The Service

The Website offers advertising of products and services for review by Internet visitors. The Website may or may not charge a fee for the advertising service and such decision is of complete descretion of The Website.

3. Your Responsibility

The website should never be used to advertise or solicit any products or services that is unlawful or otherwise restricted in Sri Lanka.

4. Payment

The payment should be made for the services obtained from The Website by Credit Card, Direct Debit, Cheque, Cash or otherwise agreed payment method prior to delivery of the service. All payments are final unless they specifically fall into the refund/cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation

The advertiser could cancel the order prior to the advertisement is published on the website without a reason. The Website may decide not to publish an advertisement due to its incompatibility with the objective of the website or for legal reasons. Once the advertisement is published the advertiser can recall the advertisement at any time but there will be no refunds.

6. Refunds

The Advertiser may request a refund if the advertisement is not published on the website for a reason as declared in clause 5. Once the advertisement is published, all payments are finalized and no refunds will be effected even upon recalling the advertisement. All refunds will be after deducting any bank charges.
