To Submit Property Details first you have to Register (Registration is free you just need a valid Email Address) in our web site.Select the Register link below login section in the left side.After Registering Log in to your account.

1) If you have pictures of the property you have to first upload them using our File Uploader .(Please create a directory of your name and upload the images to that folder)
2) Select Submit Advertisement .
3) Select the Property Type for Rent / Lease. or Wanted (Apartments,Houses,Lands,Rent / Lease,Commercial Buildings,Wanted)
4) In the Title Field enter the Property Location.
5) From the Category FIeld select the closest Location to your Property Location or Suitable Identifier.
For Apartments,Houses.Lands - If the Title is : Narahenpita then the Category is : Colombo 05.
For Rent / Lease - Select the Property Type. (Apartments,Houses,Lands)
For Commercial Buildings Like Holliday Resorts and Hotels Select the Property Type.For other Commercial buildings select whether it is for Sale or Rent / Lease.
6) Now you can create the Advertisement in the Editor below. (See How to Create an Advertisement to know how to add images and text editing)

1) Select File Uploader from the left User Menu below the Main Menu.
2) Create a folder by your name selecting Options > Create Folder.
3) Click on the folder you just created (1 click).
4) Add your Pictures from your computer to the upload queue by selecting Add Files.
5) Then press the Upload button on the bottom right hand to Upload the files.

If your images resolution is more than 530x500 select 530x500 in the Resize Field to resize the images.If they are smaller than that you can select Original.Rename one of your images and select Thumbnail from the Resize Field to upload a small image for the intro text.

1) First you have to add a small image by selecting Image Manager  in the first editor.
2) In the bottom left section of the pop window select the folder you created with File Uploader.
3) Now you can select the Thumbnail Image you uploaded and add it to the editor by selecting Insert.You have to select Resize Thumbnail in File Uploader.
4) Align it center by selecting
5) Then add the details of your property in the next line.(You can highlight the text by making them Bold or selecting a different Color)
6) Now go to the second editor and add the full size images. (Image resolution 530x500 pixels).You can select Resize 530x500 in File Uploader.
7) Remember to Save the Advertisement.

If you have difficulty with creating the ad just submit them as it is and we will edit them or you can Email the Property details and Images with the Contact details and Price to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

1) Login to your Account.
2) Select User Profile from the user menu.
3) Under Advertisements you will see your published advertisements.
4) Click the advertisement you want to edit.
5) There is an Edit Icon next to the Title of your Advertisement.
6) Click it and you will go to the Edit Page.
